About the SHARE-SoHO Consortium

SHARE-SoHO is delivered by a multidisciplinary Consortium bringing together international consulting expertise, public health institutions and specialist organisations, combining regulatory, organisational and training competences to support the effective implementation of the SoHO Regulation across the European Union and the European Economic Area.

The partners in the Consortium are:

KPMG — Consortium lead and Project Manager for the service. KPMG contributes its extensive experience in public sector advisory, healthcare governance and the management of multi-year international and national contracts, coordinating the overall delivery of the service and drawing on the wider expertise of the KPMG network, which contributes health policy, legal training and organisational change expertise across different national contexts.

Italian National Blood and Transplant Centres (Centro Nazionale Sangue – CNS and Centro Nazionale Trapianti – CNT) of the National Institute of Health (Istituto Superiore di Sanità – ISS) — National reference bodies for blood and transplantation matters in Italy, bringing direct institutional and technical expertise in the oversight of blood, tissue, cell and organ activities, and playing a key role in engagement coordination and training design within the Consortium.

Zadig — A scientific communication company specialising in health-related content and public health projects, contributing expertise in the development of clear, accessible communication materials and in supporting stakeholder engagement activities across the service.

Open Evidence — A research and consultancy organisation specialising in the evaluation of European public policy in the field of health and healthcare, contributing rigorous evidence-based research, data collection and analytical capacity to support the project's assessment and gap analysis phases.

Affiliated legal and technical experts, including specialists in data protection and regulatory training, complete the Consortium's expertise, ensuring that all training materials and guidance documents are fully aligned with the legal and operational requirements of the SoHO Regulation.

Together, these organisations bring a shared commitment to supporting Member States' Authorities through a collaborative, transparent and practically oriented approach — placing the needs of SNAs and SCAs at the centre of every phase of the project.
